The AGM for the RTÉ All Ireland Drama Festival under the auspices of the Amateur Drama Council of Ireland took place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Athlone on 15th October 2024.
Outgoing Festival Director Regina Bushell welcomed all “reliable and new faces” to a well attended meeting.
After going through the highlights and achievements of the past Festival edition, the preparation work for next year’s Festival started, including the appointment of new Committee Members.

Honorary Secretary commended Regina Bushell’s six years as Festival Director who has “vision, energy, commitment” and who has been running a “fine-tuned machine”.
Newly elected Festival Director Michael Mcglone pledged “continued commitment, new ideas” and thanked Regina for her leadership.
